Users must be at least 13 years old. Those under 18 require parental or guardian consent.

2. Description of Service

DogOS provides daily health logging, activity tracking, vaccine records, AI-powered insights, and medication reminders. The service is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary advice.

3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity occurring under their account. Unauthorized access should be reported to dogos.hq@gmail.com.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

•Premium: €9.99/month

•Premium+: €19.99/month

Subscriptions auto-renew through the Apple App Store. Cancellation requires 24-hour advance notice before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

Apple processes all refunds. Users must contact Apple Support directly; DogOS cannot issue refunds.

6. Restore Purchases

Users can restore subscriptions on new devices using the same Apple ID.

7. Acceptable Use

The following are prohibited:

•Unlawful use of the service

•Reverse-engineering the app or its components

•Distributing malware or harmful code

•Automated scraping of content

•Sharing credentials with third parties

•Submitting false or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property

DogOS owns all content, design, and trademarks. Users may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of all data they submit. By using the service, users grant DogOS a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content is not veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

DogOS's liability is capped at the amounts paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

DogOS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time; all personal data is removed within 30 days.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify users of material updates via email or in-app messaging and update the “Last updated” date above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. EU consumers retain the right to litigate in their country of residence.
